Senior Platform & Cloud Transformation Manager

A large enterprise is entering a significant platform and infrastructure transformation journey. The organization is moving from a historically decentralized technology landscape toward a modern, scalable, and strategically aligned target architecture.

To support this transformation, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Platform & Cloud Transformation Manager who can help refine the existing transformation blueprint and drive the journey from current state to target architecture through planning, coordination, and execution. This is a strategic transformation role focused on roadmap delivery, stakeholder alignment, architecture governance, and program execution rather than operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the platform transformation roadmap and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
• Coordinate and lead transformation activities across business and technology stakeholders.
• Support the definition and implementation of target architecture and future-state platform strategies.
• Drive modernization, standardization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate pilot projects that will serve as a foundation for broader transformation.
• Act as the central point of coordination between business units, IT teams, architects, and external vendors.
• Facilitate decision-making regarding cloud, hybrid-cloud, and datacenter strategies.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Challenge vendors and stakeholders constructively to maintain direction and momentum throughout the transformation journey.

Desired Background

• 15+ years of experience within IT, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale transformation and modernization programs.
• Strong experience working with complex enterprise organizations and multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Broad knowledge of AWS, Azure, and preferably OCI, with strong Azure expertise considered a significant advantage.
• Experience working closely with senior executives, architects, and technology leadership teams.
• Background from large enterprises, consulting firms, or regulated industries is highly valued.
• Previous experience in roles such as Transformation Manager, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Architect, Cloud Transformation Lead, or similar.
