Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect – Infrastructure Services with hands on experience with architecture, transformation, and modernization of enterprise IT environments across cloud, data center, workplace, network, security, and infrastructure operations domains.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and customers, driving technology roadmaps, architecture governance, cloud adoption, operational transformation, and AI-enabled infrastructure services. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong consulting, business, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Leadership
- Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure architecture strategies, standards, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.
- Develop target-state architectures aligned with business objectives, digital transformation initiatives, and operational goals.
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technology standardization.
- Ensure alignment between business, application, security, data, and infrastructure architectures.
Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation
- Architect large-scale infrastructure solutions spanning:
- Hybrid Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data Center Modernization
- Virtualization Platforms
- End User Computing & Digital Workplace
- Network & Connectivity
- Storage & Backup
- Identity & Access Management
- Cybersecurity Controls
- Lead migration and modernization programs including:
- Cloud Adoption
- Data Center Exits
- Infrastructure Consolidation
- Workplace Transformation
- Operating Model Transformation
Architecture Governance
- Conduct architecture assessments and current-state maturity evaluations.
- Review technology investments and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure architecture compliance with enterprise policies and standards.
- Lead architecture review boards and technical governance forums.
Understanding of Security & Compliance
- Embed security-by-design principles into all infrastructure designs.
- Architect Zero Trust frameworks and secure access models.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including:
- ISO 27001
- SOC
- PCI-DSS
- HIPAA
- GDPR
- Partner with security teams on risk mitigation and compliance initiatives.
Technology Strategy & Innovation
- Track emerging technologies and evaluate business applicability.
- Drive adoption of:
- AI led operations
- Platform Engineering
- Cloud Native Technologies
- Automation Frameworks
- Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
- FinOps Practices
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as executive advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business leaders.
- Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and transformation strategy discussions.
- Present architecture recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery, engineering, sales, and consulting teams.
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Support RFPs, proposals, solution design, and effort estimation.
- Define solution architectures and service delivery models.
- Participate in client presentations and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive win strategies and value realization discussions.
