We are looking for Observability SRE Engineer!

Mission: We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to support national and international projects, driving the implementation and continuous improvement of observability practices across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

Observability & Monitoring

• Design, implement, and operate observability frameworks and enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Drive the continuous improvement of observability processes across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and distributed systems.
• Define and implement monitoring strategies covering Metrics, Logs, Traces, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Alerting.
• Develop dashboards, monitoring standards, and operational visibility capabilities.
• Support proactive incident detection, performance optimization, and service reliability initiatives.

Cloud & Platform Monitoring

• Implement and maintain observability solutions across cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end visibility and monitoring coverage.
• Contribute to the adoption of best practices for monitoring and observability in modern distributed architectures.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and operating observability frameworks and monitoring platforms.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Experience defining and implementing monitoring strategies covering:
• Metrics
• Logs
• Traces
• APM (Application Performance Monitoring)
• Synthetic Monitoring
• Real User Monitoring (RUM)
• Alerting
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Relevant certifications in observability or monitoring platforms are considered a plus.
