With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.

Cloud Engineer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Cloud technologies and operational excellence? Then this position is for you.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of cloud and on-premise environments while driving automation and continuous improvement within our ecosystem.

Build Side

• Concevoir et déployer des infrastructures Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) via Terraform
• Mettre en place et optimiser les pipelines CI/CD avec Azure DevOps
• Automatiser les processus de mise en production et d’intégration continue
• Participer aux phases de préproduction et réaliser les cutovers techniques
• Définir et améliorer les architectures cloud en intégrant les principes security by design et privacy by design
• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de solutions Cloudflare pour de nouveaux services
• Rédiger les documentations techniques et modes opératoires
• Proposer de manière proactive des améliorations techniques et d’optimisation

Run Side

• Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des environnements cloud et on-premise
• Gérer le provisioning et l’administration des ressources Azure
• Réaliser le patch management mensuel et gérer les sauvegardes
• Superviser les performances via Datadog et analyser les incidents
• Produire les analyses RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Maintenir la CMDB et les documentations associées à jour
• Participer aux comités CAB et valider les changements techniques
• Contribuer à la définition et aux tests PCA/PRA
• Piloter et animer le comité technique hebdomadaire
• Garantir la conformité aux exigences DORA et RGPD

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding cloud and infrastructure environments. You enjoy working in complex ecosystems, driving automation, and continuously improving processes. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where collaboration is key.

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Azure Service Bus, APIM, Entra ID
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Git, automated pipelines
• Virtualisation: VMware vSphere 7
• Monitoring & Networking: Datadog, Cloudflare, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Front Door
• Security & Compliance: DORA, RGPD, sécurité cloud, Mailinblack
• Méthodologies: ITIL v4, Agile SAFe
• Outils: Jira, Confluence, Intune, Keycloak
• Certifications: Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-400…) fortement appréciées
• Contexte: Expérience en environnement e-commerce ou secteur réglementé appréciée
• Bonus: Connaissance SecNumCloud ou HDS
