As a Senior Cloud Engineer (m/f/d), you will lead the design, implementation, and management of complex cloud environments. You will also provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to improve and optimize cloud operations.

- Design and implement advanced cloud architectures that support the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
- Drive cloud strategy and innovation by evaluating new technologies and recommending improvements to keep the infrastructure competitive and aligned with business needs.
- Build and manage robust cloud environments, including multi-cloud and hybrid setups, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency, applying best practices for resource and cost management.
- Implement and oversee cloud security measures such as IAM, encryption, and threat detection, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead the resolution of complex cloud incidents, including incident response and root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of cloud architectures, policies, and procedures, and provide regular reports on performance, security, and compliance.
- Strong experience with AWS (networking, security, container orchestration); Azure or GCP experience is a plus.
- Ability to design and implement complex cloud architectures, including multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) and automated infrastructure provisioning.
- Proficiency in Bash or Python for automation and operational tasks.
- Experience optimizing cloud performance and costs, including autoscaling, load balancing, and efficient resource usage.
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, threat detection).
- Deep knowledge of cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, VPNs, network security).
- Experience resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues, producing clear documentation, and communicating effectively in English (written and spoken).
