AWS Solution Architect & Tech Lead ATC

Architecture

• Define the software and cloud architecture for scalable, secure, and resilient AWS solutions.
• Design distributed, event-driven, and serverless architectures using AWS services, including Lambda (Python), AppSync (GraphQL), and RDS PostgreSQL.
• Lead architectural decisions, design reviews, and technical documentation (ADRs).
• Ensure solutions follow AWS Well-Architected Framework principles and engineering best practices.
• Design AI-based solutions using Kiro and Anthropic models, including agent orchestration and prompt engineering.

• Lead the engineering team, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and timeline.
• Translate architecture into delivery plans and prioritize technical work with Product teams.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and security.
• Mentor developers, resolve technical challenges, and manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Balance delivery goals with long-term maintainability and technical debt management.

• 10+ years of experience in software and distributed systems architecture.
• 5+ years designing cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Strong expertise in microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and serverless applications.
• Experience as a Tech Lead or technical leader with delivery ownership.
• AWS certifications (Associate and/or Professional) are highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of cloud security, scalability, resilience, observability, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation).
• Professional English (C1/C2).
