Location: Boston, MA

Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 + Equity + Benefits

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to play a key role in building and operating a secure, scalable cloud platform that powers mission-critical applications.


This is a highly impactful position where you'll work across infrastructure, platform engineering, and product development deploying and supporting cloud-native services while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. You'll contribute directly to platform innovation, helping deliver AI-driven capabilities and integrating new data sources that create meaningful value for customers.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, deploy, scale, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and services.
  • Build and support secure, highly available platforms running on AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and deliver new platform capabilities.
  • Write production-quality code and contribute across the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Integrate new data sources and services to enhance platform functionality.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code practices and tooling.
  • Support observability, monitoring, and platform reliability initiatives.

  • AWS
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Terraform
  • Helm
  • PostgreSQL
  • Python
  • Grafana and modern observability tooling
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment automation.
  • Experience managing large-scale distributed systems in production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in writing maintainable, production-ready Python code.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming principles and modern software engineering practices.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to evolving business priorities.
