Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional web development experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of complex web applications and platforms
• Make strategic decisions regarding frameworks, infrastructure, scalability, and security
• Establish and maintain development standards, coding practices, and deployment workflows
• Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services
• Design and optimize databases and application architecture
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, CRMs, and marketing platforms
• Improve site speed, SEO performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
