We are looking for a strong technical leader in the DACH region who can help us support local customers and regional opportunities across Europe.

What will you be doing:

  • Support regional sales teams by providing technical guidance to both new and existing customers, helping them achieve revenue targets.
  • Make and justify technical design recommendations during the pre-sales process.
  • Build and manage strong technical relationships with our cloud-focused customers.
  • Keep the internal team updated on account progress and project status.
  • Design and execute large-scale projects in cloud environments.
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow our customer portfolio.


Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required to support local teams and regional sales. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with a Cloud, SaaS technology environment.
  • Deep Knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of the following topics:

CDN/WAAP platforms, ideally with demonstrated experience in Cloudflare and/or complex migrations from providers like Akamai/Fastly/AWS/F5.

Hands-on experience of using Claude code and/or other AI agents

Coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell scripting, JavaScript, or similar)

Security (including Zero Trust, e.g., Cloudflare Access, Gateway)

Experience of hyperscalers - AWS/Azure/GCP

Cloudflare Workers/Edge Compute

DevOps

  • 5+ years of proven success within a technical role, preferably customer-facing, including experience managing technical engagements across a diverse mix of customer sizes (from mid-market to largest enterprises) and project scopes.
  • Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.
  • Experience designing and implementing a cloud-based technology solution.
  • Broad, high-level knowledge of Internet architectures.
  • Technical leadership skills for supporting project management, back office & pre-sales staff, and managing projects with little supervision.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven success in managing relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to creatively solve complex problems.
