Infrastructure Architect (Athens or Thessaloniki)

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our customer facing team whose mission is to deliver tailored projects and solutions requested by our customers as well as supporting the customer core team in continuously improving the framework of service delivery and day-by-day management of IT infrastructures.

The team spans across four countries, Romania, Greece, Belgium and the Netherlands and collaborates as well with customer specific IT Infrastructure teams and third parties to ensure that the quality of the services provided is at the highest level.

As a member of the team, you will work closely with account management, service delivery management and the lead architects to develop and implement the infrastructure vision of the customer into a service that delivers within operational SLAs and cost expectancy.

Our service delivery model follows the ITIL framework, which means that we respect specific standards for the procedures and operational flows we have in place, which are implemented corporate-wide. From a governance perspective, our management team ensures recurrent 1to1 and team meetings are organized to support both the growth and development of our team members, as well as to provide transparency and context for the business decisions and overall direction.

What you will do:

• Act as the technical authority for the customer’s IT infrastructure landscape
• Together with the account manager, service delivery manager and lead architect, develop and translate business and IT strategy into secure, scalable, and cost-efficient architectures
• Define and maintain the infrastructure blueprint and roadmap
• Ensure alignment between architecture, operations (RUN), and service delivery (ITIL-based)
• Guide the integration of infrastructure components across domains such as workplace, cloud, AI, networking, and security
• Collaborate with account management, service delivery managers, and lead architects to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Support presales activities (solution shaping, estimations, technical validation)
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and standardization across customer environments
• Act as a connector between teams, partners, and technologies, ensuring knowledge sharing and alignment

What will help you succeed:

• +5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture or senior engineering roles/1-2 years on architecture?
• Strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystems (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS – IaaS PaaS)
• Solid understanding of modern workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, security identity components)
• Hands-on experience with: o Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) o Backup storage solutions o Networking fundamentals o Automation (PowerShell)
• Familiar with ITIL-based service environments and operational governance
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on quality, detail, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PKI, PAM (CyberArk), Linux/Unix
• Experience with security monitoring (SIEM/SOC)
• Familiarity with TOGAF or architecture frameworks
• Knowledge of Data AI
