Senior Data Engineer

The Role

• Own and evolve the data warehouse stack (Matillion, Redshift, Tableau), ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability
• Design and maintain sustainable business data models for reporting and analytics
• Develop and optimize complex SQL transformations and ETL pipelines using Matillion
• Manage master data processes for accurate consolidation and consistency across systems
• Translate business requirements into well-structured, documented data models
• Collaborate with BI and analytics consumers to ensure data accessibility and fitness for purpose

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and data modeling (Redshift and Matillion preferred)
• Advanced SQL skills with a focus on query performance, scalability, and maintainable logic
• Solid experience designing dimensional or relational business data models for analytical use cases
• Working knowledge of AWS services relevant to the warehouse layer (S3, Redshift, Lambda)
• Familiarity with BI tools, preferably Tableau, and understanding of model design impact on end-user experience
• Experience with master data management and cross-system data consolidation
