You have

Experience &Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in group benefits enrollment or related fields.

  • Proven success in managing high-volume and high-impactactivitieswith measurable results.

  • Familiarity with enrollmentstrategies including 1x1s, Decision Support Engines, and digital Media

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.

  • Experience inmentoring team members.

  • Skilled in providing actionable feedbacktoleadership and shaping operational priorities.

Performance & Innovation

  • Track recordof exceeding performance goals and driving client engagement.

  • Ability toidentifyprocess improvements and implement cost-effective solutions.

  • Comfortable serving as a subject matter expert and resource forinternalpeers and sales teamsas well as external stakeholders

You will

  • Leadandmanagethe end-to-end group benefits enrollment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

  • Be the single point of contactrepresentingGuardian Enrollment with our distribution partners,brokersand clients.

  • Gather case level details and execute on enrollment event deliverables.

  • Provideproactive status updates to stakeholders and manage any incoming inquiries from stakeholders.

Oversee high-impact and high-volume case management, driving measurableresultsand meeting performance goals.

Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to support execution and operational success.

  • Provide strategic feedback and recommendations to leadership to improve processes and enhance team effectiveness.

  • Mentor and support team members,fosteringknowledge sharing and professional growth.

  • Identifyand implement innovative, cost-effective solutions to streamline enrollment operations.

Reporting Relationships

AsanEnrollmentPracticeLeader youwill report to ourEnrollment Strategy Leader,who reports to ourHead of Enrollment.

Location

  • The primary location for this position isremote based onlocation representation needs within the team.

Travel

  • 20% Travelrequiredfor this position

Salary Range:

$99,150.00 - $162,885.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
