Role Description:
Aderant is looking for a Business Systems Administrator to join the Business Systems team responsible for tasks related to the maintenanceandoptimalperformance of Salesforce, Atlassian, andadditionalfinancial management/professional services systems. The idealcandidate willleverageexperience and deep knowledge ofthesesystemsto design creative solutions, be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, havea strong desirefor automation and continuous improvement, and partner with leadership to elevate our systems and processes.
The Business Systems Administrator willbe responsible forthe execution of day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance ofthe platforms mentioned, as well ascontinuousimprovementto accelerate market growth. You will work closely with the entire Business Systems team and stakeholders across Sales, Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and more.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a systems administratorand technical subject matter expert for projects and enhancements supporting SalesforceSales Cloud,SalesforceService Cloud,SalesforceExperienceCloud,Atlassian,Sage Intacct, NetSuiteSuiteProjectsPro, Gong, Ironcladandadditionalfinancial management/professional servicesplatforms
Manage day-to-day system administration activities, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, integrations, and data updates.
Execute system configuration changes and maintenance activities in alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and change management processes.
Create andmaintaindocumentation for system configurations, business processes, user guides, release notes, and support procedures.

Maintain system security and access controls by ensuring users haveappropriate permissionsbased onrole, responsibility, and businessneed.
Collaborate with the Business Systems team to prioritize requests, manage backlog items, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enable operational efficiency and market growth.
Qualifications:
1-3years experienceas a SystemsAdministrator
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements onan existing platformand all upstream and downstream applications,systemsand processes
Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience withCRM, ERP or related applications
