Aervivo is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to handle inbound calls from customers looking to establish new internet service accounts. This is a customer-facing role focused on guiding callers through the sign-up process, answering questions about service options, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first contact through account setup.
What You Will Do
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers, walk customers through plan and pricing information, accurately collect customer information, and set up new accounts.

Requirements
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workspace free from background noise
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to comply with company security standards
- Availability during daytime business hours
- Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month contract at approximately 20 hours/week
