In this remote role based within Bulgaria, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers seeking assistance with banking-related enquiries, account management, and financial service support.
What You Will Do
Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding banking products, account queries, and financial transactions via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with enquiries related to digital banking services, payment processing, account statements, and credit or debit card management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential for this role — this is a strictly Dutch-speaking position serving Dutch-language banking customers. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants). Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry, is highly advantageous.
