How you will get the job done

• conducting technical implementation in Celonis, including data transformation and dashboard application development
• translating business needs into technical specifications and developing customer-specific process mining solutions for our insurance processes
• acting as a strong link between the IT experts and business owners, working closely with them to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business processes, their business goals, and the underlying data
• solving different kinds of machine learning and data challenges using Python and SQL, enabling a correct visualization and analysis of internal processes in Celonis
• leading the project in the technical phase, covering project management tasks and presenting status updates to management

Skills and experience you will need

• fluent English (C1)
• university degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable education
• experience in one of the common programming languages e.g. Python, Java, C++ and familiar with database technologies like SQL
• experience with Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis) or dashboard and analysis
• structured and independent customer-oriented approach to work
• the ability to convey complex contexts in a user-friendly manner

Nice to have

• good written and spoken German skills
