Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Drive the design and evolution of cutting-edge data and AI solutions, leveraging Databricks and GCP to enable scalable, governed, and intelligent analytics capabilities;
• Own and enhance the semantic layer and certified business metrics, ensuring high-quality, trusted data products that empower analytics and AI Agents across the organization;
• Transform data into strategic business impact by applying advanced causal inference techniques and Generative AI approaches to uncover actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making;
• Provide technical leadership and shape engineering excellence, mentoring teams, defining best practices and architecture standards, and fostering strong collaboration across Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and AI stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI, or Advanced Analytics roles;
• Strong experience with Databricks and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI);
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience building APIs and integrating AI/LLM solutions;
• Hands-on experience with semantic layers, data modeling, and analytics platforms;
• Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures;
• Experience with causal inference techniques and data-driven experimentation will be valued;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Organizational and communication skills.
