What You'll Do

- Client Onboarding and Support: Partner with Client Partners to pitch to and onboard digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Ads. - Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist clients with campaign setup, optimization, and budget planning to help achieve their advertising goals. - Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes. - Collaboration: Coordinate with the Microsoft Advertising team and internal teams to resolve technical and ad policy issues, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. - Operational Management: Handle contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account setup to ensure all processes are accurate and timely for each client. What You'll Need for this Role

- In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies. - Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads. - Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus). - Structured and analytical mindset. - Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English and Czech. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is CZK 699,520.

In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
