The Role
You will lead a team of analysts while remaining hands-on with advanced analytics and project delivery. This role sits close to senior leadership and plays a key part in driving the use of data across the organisation.

• Lead the design and delivery of advanced data analysis to support business decisions
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of data analysts, fostering growth and technical capability
• Act as a senior point of contact for complex analytical and technical challenges
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality outputs across multiple projects and priorities
• Support the development of data products, tools, and automated processes
• Champion best practices in data quality, modelling, and governance
• Contribute to the wider data strategy and help scale analytics capabilities across the business

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in data analysis using Python or a similar programming language
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Proven ability to lead or own analytics projects and deliver measurable impact
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
