Change Program Lead
The Change Program Lead is a senior, client-facing role responsible for leading and delivering complex Change Programs in close partnership with clients. The role focuses on guiding programs through design and execution, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, and that change initiatives land effectively and deliver intended outcomes.
This position combines hands-on program leadership with consultative engagement, working closely with clients to shape approach, navigate challenges, and adapt plans as programs evolve.

Client Facing Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Change Programs, working closely with clients to plan, execute, and continuously refine the approach to meet program objectives.
  • Act as a trusted partner to client stakeholders, supporting them in understanding impacts, aligning on priorities, and driving adoption of new ways of working.
  • Design and facilitate senior stakeholder workshops (e.g., alignment sessions, impact validation), enabling clear decisions and shared direction.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resistance points, and work collaboratively with clients to address them and keep the program on track.
  • Adapt change plans and interventions in response to evolving requirements, stakeholder feedback, and program realities.
  • Contribute to business development activities (e.g., discussions, proposals, RFP inputs) by articulating the value of Change Management in a practical, outcome-focused way.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client teams, ensuring a consistent and positive engagement experience.
Organization Facing Responsibilities
  • Apply established Change Management frameworks, tools, and approaches to ensure consistency and quality across programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (transition, delivery, account, sales) to integrate Change Management into broader program delivery.
  • Support the development and refinement of Change Management assets, templates, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members, sharing experience and supporting capability development.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives where required (e.g., transformation programs, capability building), as part of a broader team.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Program Management, Change Management or program delivery roles within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong experience working in client-facing roles, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate change activities across a program, working collaboratively rather than in isolation.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions, driving alignment on priorities, impacts, and next steps.
  • Ability to work with a degree of independence, while remaining closely aligned with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks early and support practical course correction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex change topics into clear, actionable messages.
Not Required, but an Advantage
  • Experience in B2B industries such as BPM, IT Services, Consulting or similar environments on either provider or client (vendor manager) side.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, outsourcing transitions, or enterprise system implementations.
  • Experience supporting business development activities (e.g., proposals, RFP responses, solution discussions).
  • Formal Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Project or program management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
Experience working across multiple geographies or industries.
