TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Korea aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support creator education programs, including training material preparation, page/banner setup, session operations, and post-event reporting.
- Manage end-to-end event reward operations, including reward inventory tracking, winner list management, packaging, and distribution coordination.
- Handle creator CS on-call operations, including issue tracking, follow-up coordination, and recurrence prevention initiatives.
- Support creator community growth and engagement programs, including creator communications, mission tracking, operational follow-ups, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong execution capability to deliver tasks accurately and thoroughly.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in the creator economy, livestreaming, social media, and digital platforms.
- Experience in event operations, community management, project coordination, or creator-related activities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned projects, and proactively solve problems.
- Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Figma, CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
