We are seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across the Eastern region of the United States. This role will be pivotal in establishing and growing our brand presence, driving client engagement, and supporting sales efforts throughout Northeast, Mid West and Southeast regions.
You are a highly organized and dependable marketing professional who brings structure, clarity, and intention to everything you do. From strategy to execution, you lead with proactive planning and clear communication, ensuring every initiative is executed with care and precision.
You balance creativity with operational excellence, thrive in fast-moving environments, and understand the value of consistency and accountability in building trust across teams. You’re comfortable handling both the strategic and administrative aspects of marketing, and you contribute creative ideas, and present well-researched plans.
About The Role
The Field Marketing Manager will lead and manage Myriad360’s field marketing programs across the Eastern region, developing and executing strategies to increase market penetration, strengthen partner relationships, and elevate brand awareness. You will own programs in the East while also supporting select national initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the Director, National Field Marketing, a true player-coach who’s invested in your growth and success through hands-on collaboration and real-time feedback. We obsess over details because our clients notice them.
This role blends strategic collaboration, creative problem-solving, strong relationship management, and data-driven decision making — ensuring every program is well-planned, well-communicated, and executed well.
This position will be based in New York City.
Other responsibilities include:
Event & Program Execution
• Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Eastern region — including client-facing events, and conference sponsorships.
• Collaborate closely with the Director, National Field Marketing, to align all programs with company objectives and regional growth and revenue goals.
• Develop, propose, and execute initiatives that drive engagement, strengthen client and partner engagement in the East Region
• Present program plans, updates, and post-event recaps with clear metrics and recommendations.
• Manage all event logistics — venue sourcing, contracts, shipping, catering, AV, signage, swag, communications, etc.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, and BDRs to ensure proper outreach, attendance, and post-event follow-up.
• Track and analyze event metrics, pipeline influence, and sponsorship ROI
Support for National Programs
• Maintain the Field Marketing calendar, ensuring all events, sponsorships, and deadlines are accurately tracked and communicated.
• Support national marketing initiatives, managing logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and partner coordination as needed.
• Manage budget tracking, vendor invoicing, and ROI reporting with attention to detail.
• Build and maintain reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint for internal leadership and partner review.
• Prepare internal documentation such as event briefs, post-event summaries, and strategy statements.
• Provide proactive administrative support to ensure all programs operate efficiently and uphold Myriad’s gold standard of execution.
Partner & Sponsorship Marketing
• Collaborate closely with the Partner Marketing team to align sponsorship goals, track partner funding, and ensure MDF utilization targets are achieved.
• Support partner-driven marketing efforts, including co-branded events and joint activations in the Eastern region.
• Work with Partner Marketing to confirm sponsor deliverables, approvals, and branding alignment.
Digital Marketing Collaboration
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to the broader marketing team to ensure all event-related assets — including landing pages, templates, graphics, and email communications — align with campaign objectives, partner requirements, and Myriad’s brand standards.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to oversee the creation and optimization of HubSpot landing pages, forms, and workflows (hands-on experience a plus).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging, visuals, and client touch-points reflect the event’s goals and desired client experience.
• Leverage tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-driven platforms to support content ideation, messaging refinement, and process efficiency.
Process Optimization & Excellence
• Execute all programs with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring clean delivery from concept through completion.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and scale regional marketing efforts.
• Uphold a high standard of execution, ensuring every deliverable reflects Myriad’s quality and professionalism.
• Serve as the key liaison between Marketing, Sales, and external partners to maintain alignment and communication.
• Maintain flexibility and ownership — recognizing that events sometimes require availability beyond standard hours. Myriad offers a flexible, trust-based work environment that balances autonomy with accountability.
Desired skills and experience:
• 5+ years in Field, Event, or Partner Marketing (tech/VAR ecosystem a plus).
• Proven success managing end-to-end event logistics and regional marketing programs.
• Proficiency in Excel (reporting, budgets, attendee tracking) and PowerPoint (presentations and recaps).
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello, ChatGPT, and event management platforms (a plus).
• Strong understanding of event logistics, budget tracking, and ROI measurements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
• Natural collaborative ability, able to work closely with sales and partners
• Willingness to travel up to 40%-50% across the Eastern region.

Must be based in the United States.
Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $90,000- $100,000 plus opportunities for profit-sharing bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
