  • Work closely with Service Operations Leaders and SR Managers
  • Monitor KPIs, workforce utilization, and certification status
  • Support workforce planning and capability development

Mission (About the Role)

Support the Service Operations team in driving operational excellence through performance monitoring, workforce capability assessment, and data-driven decision making. The intern will contribute to improving service delivery efficiency, enhancing team competency visibility, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enable sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

  • Maintain KPI dashboards
  • Analyze utilization, response time, NPS and safety metrics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
  • Maintain competency matrix
  • Track certifications and training completion
  • Identify skill gaps and development opportunities
  • Support manpower planning
  • Analyze resource allocation
  • Forecast future capability requirements
  • Perform operational data analysis
  • Support Power BI dashboards
  • Recommend process improvements

What qualifications will make you successful?

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Industrial or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Skills/Systems Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of data visualization & reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in energy, sustainability, or industrial services
