Responsibilities

About the team:
The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers Worldwide. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power global growth of TikTok Shop. Joining the UG team, you can be responsible for the growth of products with hundreds of millions of users and master the industry's advanced and first-hand growth practices.

1. Responsible for managing the end-to-end industry and seller communication with the target to improve User Growth promotion strategy seller participation rate and platform income.
2. Plan and implement User Growth GTM strategies based on business goals and ramp up platform resources, including GTM content writing (Chinese & English), Legal/Compliance/CD/PR approval, training and Q&A support for AMs and merchants.
3. Collaborate with industry operation teams to communicate with seller on a 1-1 basis to understand seller requirement and customize package benefits based on research.
4. Conduct data analysis on seller participation and performance data to understand seller feedback on program, drive product and strategy improvements and encourage more sellers to join.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, experience owning complex product areas with significant cross-functional dependencies.
- 3+ Years Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns and performance marketing tied to revenue, sales, and/or GMV, collaborating with operations, marketing, product, data science teams, preferably within e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing full-cycle marketing campaigns, including planning, launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Proven experience working on GTM position and interest in seller communication.
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams.
- A strategist and Hands-on executor.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions, especially focused on ROI and campaign efficiency.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $209380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
