As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support TikTok Shop platform-level campaigns and daily promotional operations, including C-side shopping guidance resource allocation, traffic distribution, campaign page operations, and merchandising strategy execution;
- Assist in traffic allocation and distribution strategy optimization across key surfaces such as Homepage, Shop Tab, Search, and transaction-related entry points, leveraging user behavior and supply insights to improve traffic efficiency
- Conduct business and monetization-related data analysis, including traffic, CVR, GPM, GMV, subsidy efficiency, and other core business metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Support campaign target planning, performance tracking, post-mortem analysis, and strategic deep dives, while helping build reusable operational frameworks and SOPs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master inBusiness, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience of analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- An analytical and structured thinker, strong in understanding and deriving insights from data
- Proven skills in communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, consulting, or data analysis
