  3. Ensure driver access processes reflect local regulatory and business requirements.
  4. Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and propose actions to improve activation and completion rates.
  5. Work with Central Operations and Product teams to escalate issues, test solutions, and implement process improvements.
  6. Partner with Support and local teams to understand driver pain points and translate them into operational improvements.
  7. Maintain documentation, trackers, dashboards, and routines related to driver access processes.
  8. Support launches, changes, and experiments related to driver onboarding, document requirements, compliance flows, and activation.
  9. Identify operational defects or inconsistencies and coordinate with the right teams to resolve them.
  10. Help ensure that the driver access experience is simple, reliable, compliant, and scalable.

What You'll Need
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, or related fields.
  3. Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to identify issues and opportunities.
  4. Ability to break down operational problems, structure analysis, and recommend practical solutions.
  5. Strong attention to detail, especially when working with process configurations, regulatory requirements, and operational flows.
  6. Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and drive initiatives to completion.
  7. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  2. Experience with SQL, dashboards, spreadsheets, or other data tools is a plus.
  3. Clear communication skills and ability to document processes and insights simply.
  4. Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
