As our Aftermarket Sales Representative, you’ll own a defined territory and build lasting relationships across maintenance, engineering, and executive levels. You’ll consult on system performance, drive preventative maintenance adoption, and grow revenue by solving real operational problems, not just pushing parts.

What You’ll Do
► Own and grow an assigned territory by meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets through strategic account development and new customer acquisition
► Conduct site visits and system evaluations to diagnose problems and recommend solutions including parts, repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance contracts
► Build relationships at every level of the customer organization — from maintenance tech to plant manager to CEO — becoming their trusted advisor, not just a vendor
► Promote Thermal Tech’s full product and service portfolio across capital equipment, replacement parts, and maintenance programs
► Generate accurate quotes with our Central Engineering team, manage your pipeline in CRM, and conduct disciplined follow-through from first contact to closed deal
► Serve as a compliance and regulatory resource, keeping customers informed on codes, standards, and system requirements relevant to their operations
► Stay sharp by continuously developing your product knowledge, market intelligence, and competitive awareness
► Manage multiple concurrent customer projects with precision and responsiveness
What You Bring
Required
► 1+ years of outside B2B sales experience with capital equipment, industrial parts, or mechanical systems
► Proven track record of territory growth and consistent quota attainment
► Technical aptitude to understand and credibly discuss steam boiler systems, heat exchangers, and thermal fluid applications with engineers and plant maintenance teams
► Strong CRM discipline and proficiency with digital tools (presentations, reporting, customer documentation)
► Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within your territory
Preferred
► Industry-specific experience: HVAC, industrial refrigeration, heat exchangers, or related thermal systems
► Associate or bachelor’s degree or certificate in HVAC Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Business
► Experience selling preventative maintenance contracts or service agreements
► Familiarity with industrial compliance, regulatory codes, and energy efficiency standards
