Customer Service Export Specialist

In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with international customers and Hitachi locations worldwide, supporting Marketing and Field Sales teams to deliver cost-competitive solutions for foreign contracts. Your expertise in trade compliance, documentation, and customer service will help us maintain excellence and strengthen relationships across borders.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Use Hitachi tools and processes for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate export arrangements with Hitachi Logistics.
• Invoice customers in accordance with INCO terms.
• Manage contracts from order entry through delivery and payment.
• Expedite documentation such as import/export licenses and letters of credit.
• Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance.
• Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism.
