Üzemeltetési karbantartó

• Legfontosabb feladataid a következők lesznek:
  • az épület gépészeti hálózatának karbantartása/felügyelete;
  • általános épület üzemeltetési feladatok ellátása;
  • épület felügyeleti rendszer működtetése;
  • telephelyen belüli gépészeti átalakítási munkák elvégzése;
  • technológiai rendszerek, gépek üzemeltetése.
• A munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges kompetenciák:
  • minimum szakmunkás végzettség (víz,- gáz,- központifűtés szerelő, épületgépész);
  • hasonló területen szerzett tapasztalat;
  • felhasználó szintű számítógépes ismeretek (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • műszaki gondolkodásmód;
  • terhelhetőség;
  • csapatmunkára való képesség;
  • több műszakos munkarend vállalása
