The RGMX Director, Greece and Cyprus is responsible for designing and executing the market's end-to-end Revenue Growth Management driving execution agenda to unlock sustainable topline revenue growth and margin expansion.
This role partners closely with bottling partners, marketing, finance, strategy, technical and commercial teams to develop RGMX strategies, strengthen price-pack architecture, improve promotion strategy, growing mix contribution and ensure disciplined execution in-market.
You will champion affordability, premiumization, portfolio optimization leading changes in existing pack architecture developing pack innovations - ensuring Greece and Cyprus deliver against growth ambition with strong volume, transaction, mix and margin outcomes through integrated RGMX routines.
Scope
Geography: Greece and Cyprus
System: Works closely with the bottler and KO system partners (incl. Central EU RGMX team).
Team: part of local Customer & Commercial team working closely with partners including Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, S&I, Technical and bottler stakeholders.
What you will do (key responsibilities)
- Identify market-specific consumer, shopper, and customer opportunities that drive incremental volume, value, mix, and margin for system.
- Understand, analyze and connect all key RGM drivers related to business performance and identify and leverage all key consumer-centric & customer-relevant value propositions that drive incremental volume, value, mix, and margin for system,
- Leading all aspects of the strategic RGM initiatives inclusive of outlet and shopper segmentation, value to market, and execution (to ensure integrated system execution)
- Ensure end-to-end RGMX strategy execution - from pack architecture design and price/promo recommendations through to in-store activation and pack communication/shopper visibility, aligned with Bottler, Finance and Marketing.
- Balancing affordability and premiumization strategies to achieve healthy growth algorithm, leveraging entry packs at key price points, value-for-money propositions, and occasion-led premium formats.
- Partner with S&I to embed RGMX ambitions into ABP and LRP, ensuring RGMX is grounded in robust insights and market performance.
- Analyze performance of all RGMX levers, conducting deep-dives on pack, price, promo and developing mitigation or acceleration plans based on elasticity, mix, and competitive dynamics.
- Drive portfolio and innovation optimization and support OU-led growth priorities in close partnership with the bottler, ensuring NPDs deliver against business priorities overseeing strong in-store execution with tracking of performance.
- Champion governance and execution excellence, contributing to PICOS localization, routines, capability building, and cross-market best practice sharing.
- Act as a key member of the OU RGMX network and local commercial champion, building capability across affordability, premiumization, portfolio optimization, margin expansion, and advanced analytics for partnering functions.
Qualifications & success parameters
- 7+ years of leadership experience in RGM, commercial strategy/development, category management.
- Strong technical foundation in OBPPC, segmentation, value to market, innovation, and channel strategy.
- End-to-end commercial mindset-from strategic planning to in-store execution.
- Proven ability to connect commercial priorities with broader company strategy and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
- System experience and/or bottler experience desirable.
- Strong ability to influence in a cross-functional, cross-system environment; skilled in securing alignment and embedding routines.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with the ability to work effectively with KO and bottler leadership teams.
- Well-developed project management, business development, and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong financial acumen, with ability to connect RGM levers to P&L impact and support business case development
- Technical acumen: ability to work with complex data sets creating clear automated reports on key priorities combining internal data and external data providers (Nielsen, YouGov).
- Strong analytical skills: experience leveraging insights, elasticity, and analytics tools to guide recommendations.
