Responsibilities

About the team
The Integrated Marketing Campaigns Team oversee owns and drives end-to-end country-level campaigns that accelerate GMV growth, merchant success, and user engagement.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, marketing execution, and cross-functional orchestration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Consumer Marketing (CMKT):
Lead and develop Malaysia country level integrated marketing strategies & plans. Translate brand health, market insights, and business performance into clear marketing direction, including campaign development & planning, platform traffic growth plan, and oversee end-to-end execution across digital, social, content, media, and experiential channels.

2. Business MKT (BMKT)
Lead the overall marketing strategy planning for Malaysia BMKT, enhance platform influence and merchant satisfaction, including but not limited to continuously improving the GTM efficiency of major campaigns and key policies, driving methodology development, case study consolidation and promotion, as well as overseeing major B2B events such as merchant summits;

3. Performance Management & Optimization
Define success metrics for campaigns and marketing initiatives, including traffic growth, conversion, ROI and GMV contribution. Leverage data insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign efficiency. Drive post campaign analysis to continuously optimize performance and future strategies.

4. Team Leadership & Cross functional Collaboration
Lead and develop a team of 10 marketing professionals across campaign marketing planning, media planning, events + partnerships, and content marketing. Effective stakeholder management across planning, execution, and reporting with cross functional teams including Category, Creator Operations, Commercial, Product, and Regional Marketing.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles within eCommerce, tech platforms, digital marketplaces, or high-growth consumer internet companies.
- Proven experience leading large-scale marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth (e.g., GMV, user volume, conversion rate improvements).
- Team lead/management experience is a must. Ability to work and develop high performing teams with clear individual and collective vision.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, product, and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, or social commerce environments.
- Strong familiarity with creator marketing, influencer campaigns, or content-driven commerce.
- Experience managing mega campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, major sale events) and delivering measurable growth results.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
- Familiarity with the Malaysia eCommerce market, consumer behavior, and local marketing trends is highly preferred.
