TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.

With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

The Category Special Projects PIC will manage and execute creator campaigns, special projects, and vertical initiatives to increase creator activity across all levels. The goal is to boost content supply and improve GMV through well-designed, data-driven campaigns and effective creator matchmaking.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy development: Define data-driven campaign strategies grounded in business context, creator segmentation, and GMV growth objectives
- Campaign design: Translate strategy into clear mechanics, incentive structures, and operational workflows to drive creator participation and performance
- Execution management: Lead end-to-end delivery of campaigns and special projects, ensuring high-quality rollout and cross-functional alignment
- Stakeholder alignment: Partner with BD, Affiliate, Strategy, and Creator Management teams to ensure cohesive execution and shared accountability
- Performance optimization: Drive improvements in creator activeness, content supply, and GMV through structured campaign execution
- Performance analysis: Evaluate campaign outcomes, identify key performance drivers, gaps, and optimization levers
- Continuous improvement: Refine strategy, design, and execution frameworks based on data insights

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 4 years of experience managing end-to-end campaigns
2. Strong analytical thinking, business logic, and data interpretation skills
3. Good understanding of the e-commerce and affiliate industry landscape
4. High ownership mindset with strong agility and execution capability
5. Preferably experienced working with creators, influencers, or KOLs
6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and resilient in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
