TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assisting the maintenance of creators' content content eco system in Indonesia.
2. Analyze live streaming situations and data, assist in developing operational strategies to improve streaming performance and data.
3. Assist in organizing various online and offline revenue and content operation activities locally.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline
- Able to start internship from 15th July, attend 5 working days per week, and commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
- Good time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, stress resistance, attention to detail, sense of responsibility and ownership mindset.
- Proficient in Excel, including basic formulas and functions and other common office software.

Preferred Qualifications
- Possess relevant knowledge of entertainment live streaming.
- Have a strong interest in international markets.
