Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager B2B to join our team at Leadeffect GmbH. As a data-driven professional, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns for our customers, developing suitable strategies, and driving them forward. You will work on the channel level, taking responsibility for Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, and conversion tracking.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include developing a strategy for customers on the channel level, planning and setting up campaigns, monitoring and optimizing, reporting and evaluating, and further developing channels. You will also collaborate with the project manager, create reports and analyses, and provide customer support.

Requirements
- Experience in online marketing (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms

- Reliable and detail-oriented work
- High IT affinity
- German: C1, ideally B2
- English Business Level
