As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Finance Operations Manager - EMEA to join our team in a key role supporting the financial performance and operational rhythm of the business.
This is a critical finance leadership role responsible for ensuring strong financial execution across EMEA. You will drive a robust monthly close, reporting, forecasting, and planning cycle, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across the organisation.
Working within a large, complex, matrix environment, you will lead a team and oversee financial operations across multiple entities, currencies, and reporting structures. This role offers the opportunity to bring structure, improve processes, and shape how finance operations are delivered across the region.
UK (Hybrid - 1-2 days in the office)
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals based in different EMEA locations
- Own and coordinate the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Deliver management reporting, including P&L performance, variance analysis, and KPIs
- Lead forecasting cycles and maintain a clear, up-to-date view of business performance
- Align actuals, forecasts, and annual Profit Plan assumptions
- Coordinate and deliver the annual Profit Plan process
- Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders into structured financial outputs
- Identify and track risks and opportunities
- Drive standardisation, simplification, and improvements across finance processes
- Operate across multiple ledgers and currencies in a complex regional setup
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA beneficial)
- Strong experience in finance operations, FP&A, or controlling
- Proven track record in leading teams within complex organisations
- Experience managing change, ambiguity, and high workloads
- Exposure to multi-entity / multi-currency environments
- Strong systems knowledge (SAP preferred)
