Electronics Account Management Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Electronics Account Management team drives seller success across the e-Commerce journey, from acquisition and onboarding to campaign execution and day-to-day account support. With strong operational expertise and stakeholder management capabilities, the team ensures seamless seller experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.
- Split role: 50% supporting account management work, 50% assisting assortment & seller hunting project initiatives, including: researching online and offline sources, building project processes, tracking progress and coordinating with other account managers
- Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, campaign status update and other operation related tasks.
- Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Assisting the sellers during the onboarding process, tasks including educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update.
- Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled university student with commitment to 5 working days per week for at least 6 months; preferably major in Economics & Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration.
- Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and E-commerce.
- Self-motivation to deliver tasks at best results as desirable timelines.
- Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
- Analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
