Role Overview
As a student in customer consulting, you will accompany interested parties from the first inquiry, advise them on suitable options, and guide them through our online consulting. You will work remotely and have the flexibility to decide where you work.
What You Will Do
You will take early contact with customers, calculate tailored offers, and stand by them as a fixed contact person until project completion. You will also structure your digital customer card independently and keep all agreements and next steps up to date.
