Lead Quality Engineer

We're looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to join our hardware team. The role involves setting the standard for quality discipline, building processes, and ensuring they're applied across every step of Vizzia's hardware development, from design choices to field reliability. The team needs someone to bring quality discipline to every step of the process, with a focus on setting standards, processes, and making them a shared standard.

Requirements

• Define and own the hardware quality plan
• Set up processes across the development chain
• Run the hardware test plans
• Drive supplier quality, including on-site in China
• Secure certifications and field reliability
