Job Description
- You will need to Identifies industries representing best market for our ECI related products. Utilized available resources to become familiar with key issues affecting the businesses needing our services and identifies potential customers with the characteristics and business need for our ECI related products/services. Networks for successful prospect identification.
- Maintains an appropriate number of leads for qualification as prospects. Persistently maintains supply of leads and connects targeting characteristics to prospects.
- You will be able to Identifies the opportunity within an organization and correctly selects the targeted individuals along with the appropriate investment of our resources in the pursuit of the business.
- You will need executing sales strategies with effectively presenting products and clearly presenting our products/services and their value in meeting the prospect’s business needs. Maintains an emphasis on profit while making the sale. Value is emphasized to prospect.
- Closing the Sale : Paces the presentation, deals with objections/stalls, and moves to the close in a timely manner. Closes the sale with good closing ratio while maintaining appropriate profit margins.
- Smoothly coordinates the relationship between the customer and our product division team to ensure a good beginning to our relationship with the customer. Active in the resolution of any difficulties.
- Ongoing Support: Appropriately participates in delivering good, quality service. Works with both the customer and our customer support people to maintain a good customer service relationship.
- Account Management :Maintains the Relationship: Actively monitors the customer’s perception of our organization and works to maintain a satisfactory relationship with the customer.
- Strategy & leadership: Capable generate business strategy at minima required resource the lead support team achieve business objective
- Capable to Identify customer technical needs , offer product solution to win business and close customer needs
- Sales Process & product know; edge-Well understand product knowledge & sales process (Value/people) to bridge customer and internal teams includes Div./CE/GSS/Service
- Account management- Able to manage challenges/hurdles at coverage account
- Build and deepen customer coach relationships with, and bring to internal high level management team to help us grow new business opportunity. Influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
- Generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively in matrix environment in order to optimize business results and open up opportunities with key customers.
- Understand customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
- Manage and improve account finance investments such as eval/loaner and tool final payment
- 8 years or above of experience on PCB/semiconductor tools.
- Experience working with matrix management team to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales goals.
- Track record in working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including product division and customers.
- Mobility for local travel (Taiwan) 80% & International travel(US/HQ) 20%
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of field sales or marketing experience specifically in PCB/ semiconductor industry.
- Familiar with PCB/semiconductor ecosystem.
