Role Overview

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing several brands, including Wolfsblut, and growing them through real direct-response marketing. You will write creative copy that converts and make decisions on scaling or not. You will work independently, from briefing to performance analysis, and be responsible for the creative pipeline, testing process, and performance loop.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include writing VSL concepts and scripts for Meta and YouTube, managing the creative pipeline, planning creative rotations, and building a structured test systematics. You will also read ads manager, lead hypotheses, and brief the next iteration.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone with at least 3-4 years of experience in performance creative/DR copywriting, ideally in DTC E-commerce. You should have proven results with Meta video ads and be able to write copy with voice. You should also have a good understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, and storytelling structures.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years in performance creative/DR copywriting
  • Proven results with Meta video ads (VSLs, UGC-style, hook-testing)
  • Understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling structures (PAS, DIC, before/after, etc.)
  • Very good German
