Lead Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations

Job Description Summary

The Projects & Engineered Solutions (P&ES) FP&A Operations Lead Finance Specialist is a strategic partner to the P&ES FP&A Leader and the P&ES organization, responsible for managing portfolio risk reviews, supporting FP&A cycle activities (pacing, closing, budget, LRF - Long Range Forecast and LTS - Long Term Strategy), and leading projects that contribute to the overall P&ES business financial health.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Own portfolio risk review scoping, documentation, communication, and development and maintenance of supporting tools
• Ensure supporting functions are completing pre work and follow up actions related to risk reviews
• Drive FP&A process improvements
• Continuously identify areas of improvement to process & drive implementation

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in finance, accounting, economics
• Significant work experience in similar field
• Fluent English knowledge is a must
