Role Overview
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to support advertisers in onboarding, launching, and growing on OpenAI's advertising platform. You will manage a portfolio of partners and serve as a trusted advisor, helping them achieve their business objectives while ensuring a strong and responsible experience on our platform.
What You Will Do
Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners, guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches, analyze campaign performance, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Have 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting or a related client-facing role, and be comfortable interpreting performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting or a related client-facing role
- Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment
- Experience with data querying (e.g. SQL, advanced excel/GSheet)
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to operate with ownership and accountability in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Demonstrate sound judgment and a commitment to user trust and responsible platform growth
