Role Overview

What You Will Do

You will accompany changes to services within our change process. Through coordination of activities, you will contribute to the maintenance of IT operations and be the central point of contact for all aspects of operations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will create service offers for our managed service customers, document and create reports on the compliance with the agreed service level agreements, and conduct regular service talks with the customer regarding the achievement of the agreed service level agreements.

Requirements

• Training as a computer scientist, business informatics or a commercial/technical training with experience in the IT field
• Knowledge in the managed services environment
• Secure and friendly appearance as well as customer orientation
• Enjoyment of cooperation with people and technical questions
• Practical experience in operational IT processes
• Team ability, self-initiative and flexibility
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Secure handling of the common MS Office programs
