Automation QA Specialist

This is your mission

Are you passionate about software quality and test automation? Then this position is for you.

As an Automation QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of web and API applications used to support online sales and contract acquisition within our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Design and execute automated test scenarios (UI and API) based on functional specifications

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Robot Framework (front-end and back-end)

• Implement and execute API tests using Postman

• Analyse and challenge functional specifications to ensure testability and coverage

• Contribute to the definition of the test strategy and functional coverage

• Create, organize and document test scenarios in Zephyr Scale (Jira)

Run side:

• Execute manual and automated test campaigns

• Analyse logs and investigate test failures and anomalies

• Track defects and collaborate closely with developers and Product Owners on fixes

• Follow feature tickets and quality activities in Jira

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Scrum events)

• Share testing knowledge and best practices within the team

You have at least 3 years of experience in demanding QA Automation environments.
You enjoy analysing complex systems, ensuring high software quality, and continuously improving testing practices.

You have built solid experience in QA automation within Agile teams and are motivated to grow in a quality‑driven, product‑oriented environment, contributing to impactful digital solutions.

• Robot Framework (UI and API testing – front & back)

• Postman (API testing)

• Jira & Zephyr Scale

• Git & GitLab CI/CD

• Agile / Scrum environments

• Docker & Kubernetes (Nice to have)

• Advanced Robot Framework usage (custom keywords, CI/CD integration) (Nice to have)

• QA best practices (BDD, TDD, Example Mapping)(Nice to have)
