What You Will Do
Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users of a premium video streaming platform via phone, email, and live chat channels. Assist subscribers with account management inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and guide customers through platform features.

Native or fluent Dutch language skills are essential for this role. Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is an advantage, particularly within the streaming platforms or digital media industry.
