Requirements

• Native or fluent French language proficiency (both spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport
• Solid working knowledge of English (B2 level or above)
• Previous experience in a customer support services, contact centre, helpdesk, or client-facing role
• Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills
• Strong digital literacy, including comfort navigating CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office productivity tools
