Role Summary
We are looking for a well-networked B2B Sales & Project Specialist to drive bulk furniture sales. If you have a solid network of people who buy furniture for offices, hotels, or schools, this role is for you.
We handle high-end manufacturing of modular metal and upholstered furniture. Your job is to leverage your existing connections with architects, designers, builders, and purchase heads to get us onto major commercial and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Hunting: Find and close high-value furniture deals for corporate offices, hotels, resorts, and educational institutions.
Network Utilization: Tap into your network of Architects, Interior Designers, and Procurement Managers to get our factory’s products specified in their projects.
Deal Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial client pitching and understanding requirements to contract negotiation and closing the deal.
Team Coordination: Work with our internal manufacturing team to provide clients with accurate quotes, design options, and material samples.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or project acquisition.
The Network (Must-Have): An active, existing rolodex of commercial clients, builders, architects, or institutional buyers who purchase furniture in bulk.
Versatility: Ability to pitch confidently to different industries, whether selling workstations to an office or lounge seating to a hotel.
Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
