We are looking for a highly self-motivated Accounts Manager who can independently drive B2B sales, build a strong pipeline, and close deals in the mental health and wellness space. This role requires comfort with cold outreach, field visits, and product demos, along with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- DriveB2B salesfor Swasth Mind's products (SwasthBot, SwasthPro, SwasthBook).
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients(therapists, clinics, counsellors, wellness professionals).
- Cold call and follow upwith potential clients to generate leads.
- Visit clinics and therapy centersto pitch and demonstrate the product when required.
- Conduct product demos in person and via Zoom / Google Meet.
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to operations.
- Nurture existing accounts to drive retention, renewals, and upsell.
- Understand client pain points and position Swasth Mind as a long-term growth partner.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures regularly.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and conversions.
- 2+ years of experiencein sales or account management.
- Prior experience selling in the wellness, healthcare, or mental health domain is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable withcold calling, field visits, and live demos.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
- Willingness to travel locally for clinic visits when required.
- Target-oriented mindset with professionalism and empathy.
