Description

The Sky CA Classic Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in our bank's Sky Channel-VRM - CA department. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our high-net-worth customers, ensuring their financial needs are met with personalized solutions. You will be the key point of contact for these clients, offering expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the financial industry and its products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value customers, understanding their financial goals and needs.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions, including investment advice, wealth management, and banking services.
  • Stay updated on market trends and financial products to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across various banking services.
  • Conduct regular reviews and meetings with clients to discuss their portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's products and services to existing clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive brand image for the bank.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently, providing effective resolutions.
  • Stay compliant with all regulatory requirements and adhere to the bank's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, including investments, insurance, and banking services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of high-value customers.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client relationship management.
