Role: Deputy Manager - Brand Management | Make Up
Experience: 4-8 years
Role Summary:
Support the Category Manager in driving category growth through assortment planning, pricing support, vendor coordination, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end brand management which includes Brand strategy, Merchandising and Marketing activations in alignment with marketing. Building brands growth strategy.
- Planning for the set of brands, MBQ alignment, PO working, Inventory management
- Tracking Opportunity Loss, Availability, NWC at store and SKU grade level
- Assortment optimization, and SKU rationalization, Franchise level data management
- Build relationship with brands and manage the dedicated set of brands on own.
- Actively planning brand led activations along with smooth execution in alignment with marketing team for brand event and Shoppers Stop P0 events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in category management, buying, or analytics
- Beauty background is preferred
- Strong Communication skills, Ownership, Analytical skills, Negotiating skills and better understanding of Beauty business.
- Strong Excel / data analysis skills
